Makarska Riviera is located in the middle of Dalmatian coats and has some of the most beautiful beaches along whole Croatian coast. Nowhere on this 60 km long seaside stretch you cannot do a single step without being astonished by incredible permeation of the sea, coast and mountain.
The long riviera, at the foothill of mount Biokovo, has many seaside resorts which all can be a great choice for romantic souls but here we single out Zivogosce. The town lies 20 km south of Makarska and it is comprised of three smaller, non-coherent places on the coast: Porat, Mala Duna and Blato. Natural beauties of olive groves and pine woods hovering over small pebble beaches and romantic cozy bays that are 6 km long, clean and unpolluted sea, giving tourists a special lure and pleasure of stay. Another romantic pick in this Riviera would be Brela.
