Nin
/ Petrcane
Sabunike / Punta Skala
North
of Nin, on the way from Petrcane, a lovely fishermen village,
to the island of Vir, there is a small settlement of Sabunike.
Near Sabunike, especially to the north, one can find many
sandy beaches that stretch for several kilometers. After
you enter Sabunike you have to take the road to the left
to reach sandy beaches which are mostly clothing optional.
Near
Nin, there is Petrcane, a 900 years old beautiful small
fisherman's village, 12km northwest of Zadar. Petrcane lies
on the local road, branching off from the regional road
Zadar - Nin. In Petrcane there is an official naturist beach
in the tourist village of Punta Skala. Back in the
1980's this was an huge all-naturist resort but now only
one part of the beach is reserved for naturists. It is a
rocky and gravel beach and the most of facilities are on
the textile part.
