Cres
Baldarin, Kovacine
Cres
is an island in Kvarner bay. There are two faces of Cres,
the northern end, rocky and hilly and southern, near where
a small bridge joins it to the island of Losinj, the landscape
is flatter and more wooded. The whole of Cres has a wild
feel.
Southern end of the island has a camping Baldarin and a
popular nudist beach near camping Kovacine, just outside
Cres town.
Two
kilometers from the small town of Osor, near Punta
Kriza village, there is a campsite "Baldarin",
an oasis of peace and relaxation. Freedom of FKK is well
combined with untouched nature so every naturist can come
in touch with their spirit. Formerly, Baldarin was a traditional
naturist centre, while today it is just a naturist beach
within the well-equipped camp with all the standards of
modern camping and faithful guests who have been visiting
it for decades.
The camp is located in the Bokinic cove, but the neighboring
Jadriscica cove, with its high cliffs and beautiful pine
woods, is also often visited by naturists.
Two
kilometers from the town of Cres on the island of the same
name there is a campsite "Kovacine" placed on the
peninsula covered with pine forest and olive trees. It is
well equipped and it has 1,500 camping units. There is a
fish restaurant with a terrace, pizzeria, supermarket, bar
and buffet on the beach. For sport enthusiasts: diving and
diving school ( Padi-Diving), beach volley and basketball,
renting of bicycles and boats.
