Zelena Punta beach
 Kukljica
is a picturesque tourist and fishing village on the island
of Ugljan near Zadar and the island of Pasman, well connected
to the mainland by car ferry. With a small marina, situated
in a picturesque bay, Kukljica is the most developed seaside
resort on the island of Ugljan. Beautiful landscapes with
thick pine forests, lovely beaches, crystal clear sea are
just a part of its attractions.
The
tourist village Zelena Punta (Green Cape) is located
on a natural peninsula formed by inlet Kukljica. As a part
of tourist settlement there is an arranged very long stony
concrete beach with pebble areas and partly sandy sea bottom.
Thick pine forest above the beach offers shade even during
the warmest summer days. Aside swimming, the beach and the
tourist village offer many recreational opportunities. On
the beach equipment for water sports (pedalins, sandolins,
canoes, surfing board) can be rented and there are also
tennis courts, small playgrounds, boccia grounds, miniature
golf, table tennis, volley ball, football and basketball
courts. Within the complex there is a disco bar Coco's and
a party beach club.
In the vicinity of Kukljica (15-20 minutes of slow walk)
there are three sandy beaches Sabusa,
Jelenica and Kostanj.
