  Banje
beach is well located and the most famous Dubrovnik pebble
beach with a beautiful view to the Old town. It is a place
to see and to be seen, where the rich and beautiful come
to get some tan and the rest of the world comes to watch.
It's location is just in front of the eastern entrance (Ploce
Gate) to the Old City (Stari grad). The neighboring hotels
as Excelsior, Argenitna, Villa Orsula as well as historical
Lazareti (an once-upon-time quarantine from 15th to 18th
century), guarantee a special environment.
The beach has it's own reception, stylish restaurant, caffe
bar just above the level of the beach, filled with modernistic
white, low, benches and curved couches, deck chair and sun
umbrellas rentals, luxurious baldachins rentals, water ski,
jet ski, speed boats, tuba and banana drive etc.
Wonderful Eastwest
Beach Club is situated on the beach front. Famous stars,
international sportsmen, artists visiting Dubrovnik are
daily visitors of this special place. Some of details of
the Eastwest, like comfortable chailse lounge, remind its
guests of the good ancient Roman times. It is really a swinging
watering hole in the season.
